"To Whom It May Concern:

I had an extremely good experience with a company in Harrisburg, PA last week and I’d like someone at Landstar to know about it. The short of it was that I had a power steering pump and the steering box go out on my truck while having work done on the trailer lighting at the TA there in Harrisburg. TA couldn’t do the work on the steering so they recommended the folks next door, Triple K Fleet Service.

To make this story short, I had a critical delivery, one of three on my trailer, and I was faced with disaster if I couldn’t deliver the first load in Miami, FL. The shop foreman, Adam Graby, went to extraordinary lengths to get me rolling when the parts were not available locally. Had he not been “thinking outside the box,” I would have lost my load and failed on at least two of the three deliveries. Solely because of his efforts in directing his crew to get me going, I was able to leave there Friday night and make my first delivery on time, setting up the next two deliveries to be on schedule.

Adam saved me thousands of dollars in re-powering the load, saved my relationship with my agent, and helped both my agent and myself maintain a good relationship with our customer. Further, as I was at the mercy of Triple K with respect to costs for repair, the bill was considerably more reasonable than I feared.

Triple K is on our list of approved inspection sites and if we have a list of qualified, dependable, fair minded repair facilities, I would urge that this company be added to that list. Their crew is capable, management is forward thinking, and they are now at the top of my list of people I’d like to do business with. Please let me know to whom I can direct this letter and the services of this great company."
